Step Two:Once you have chosen the artwork that will go into the show, please print these and send them home with your students to share with their immediate family.

Step Three:Print a few copies for each student. This invitation will invite people to the Cultural Art Show reception. This is also good for any community members, your principal or anyone who supports your program.

There are very specific procedures that should be followed this year when you check-in your student's artwork. Artwork will not be taken unless these procedures are followed.

This is the inventory sheet that will be collected at check in.

We will have these printed on cardstock available for pick up on the day you drop-off artwork. It's attached here in case you need more that what is provided.

Step Seven:Please review how the artwork will be judged and feel free to share with students are parents.

Step Eight:For the artist statement cards/labels, please make a copy for the front and back of each piece of artwork. This will help us keep track of the artwork. This form is also fillable on the computer, just make sure you save a copy to your computer before filling it out.
